LV trip - visit to pinball hall of fame (27 june)
After leaving the retro game shop, hopped over to the "pinball hall of fame" .. real interesting place which had stacks of pinball machines as well as a handful of retro arcade cabinets ... unique feature was the place had a number of really old pinball machines dating frm the 60s.
Tried my hand at an old style pinball machine as well as arcade punch-out game ..nice experience

Had the chance to visit this retro gaming shop - a gamer's paradise
It was kinda big , n had games n consoles frm different genres.. even had a little museum showcase on the different retro consoles, including early age ones.. the shop also had free-to-play console games, which was kinda appealing. On site were also a number of arcade cabinets ( which required quarters to play though)
In the end after browsing, bought couple of sega master games, a 32x virtua fighter game n a turbografx sports game for total of $25 .. not too bad i would say

Pokemon cards - inclusive of japanese 1996 cards (valuable?) $1
Inclusive of $2 entrance fee.. total $31

Lake tahoe retro game find
Visited this shop - the warp zone - before departing lake tahoe on 20 june
To sum it up , it was a nice place .. quite well stocked with retro games frm different consoles , prices r reasonable too .. tucked in a little corner , the shop wasnt crowded ..i was the only customer then
Enquired abt turbografx games, as i needed 1 to test my ebay turbografx console .. to my pleasant surprise the shop still had 1 game left- a galaga 90 cib. Owner quoted 30, i counteroffered 25 , which he accepted.. nice !
Looked ard, saw the original gameboy was priced at 16.99 .. enquired abt it, owner brought it out n i tested .. good working condition .. in the end bought it together with the turbografx game
Great place.. good finds .. a worthwhile trip !

Finally got 1 ..but kinda pricey at $91 off ebay .. but tats already a good price considering the physical condition

Consolidation of flea mart finds
After the 1st time at west hill when i got a heavy sixer, decided to visit the flea market again for consecutive saturdays (6 n 13 june) .. this is a consolidation of the outcome
Overall not too bad .. managed to get stuff which would have surpassed their vgpc values
Now onto the loot frm 6 june
Got mostly games - gamecube, ds, ps , dreamcast .. wats interesting was u really had to dig n get yr hands dirty in order to sift out the game discs frm the mounds of movie n music discs ..
Of note was purchasing etrian odyssey cib + gamecube prince of persia cib + vagrant story ps1 cib for total of $10
While typing this , realised darkstalkers 3 was a chiong disc . Ah....
For the loot of 13 june .. got a mask board game (incomplete) for $2 , pile garbage pail cards for $1 , ps1 games for $3 , asm 158 comic for $1 n .... best was a working gamecube console with gameboy adapter for $5 only !
Not bad ..shld b going the next week again ..yeah !
